    I realize he's a RFA, but if he gets a really low tender do you think it'd be worth it to try to sign him? He's a pretty reliable slot guy. I don't think he'd command too much money either.

    Money isn't an issue with the Jets...

    But this guy would command at least a 2nd. Pass.

    I highly doubt he's going to get the low tender, they need him especially if they lose Boldin. And he should command a lot of money, he's going to go somewhere to be a starter, not to keep being a slot receiver which he's continued to prove he's probably too good for.

    why would the cards give him a low tender?

    Money is absolutely an issue. We have Mangold, Harris, D'Brick, Leon, and Revis all needing new deals soon. These guys are going to command a lot of money. Add these guys to plenty of players on our team already getting top salaries

    Money isn't an issue in an uncapped year...Now for 2011, potential.

    Breaston is an awesome reciever and imo would command at least being a #2 guy on any NFL team.
    i can't see them letting him walk especially with the injuries Boldin is always nursing.

    He'd be a perfect #3 receiver, but he's not really available, so it's not really worth it.
