Until The Truck makes it through a full season, he's not even my third favorite Jet.

I love watching him run, but I don't trust him to last a full season.

No love for my boys D Kells or B Smith. Without a doubt my two favorites.

this poll sucks. I can understand no Smith, even tho he's probably my favorite. Dustin should get some love, but how the fuck you aint gonna include J Cotch. Probably our most reliable player all year besides maybe T-J who granted aint stylish but deserves someones vote. I love Marky but seriously man just got here, he shouldn't be any true fans favorite Jet yet.

Yeah Sanchez had alot of attitude issues in the season too. I mean that hotdog eating incident, or the way he just didnt seem to care when we played the Saints. Im not bashing the guy, but I really dont see how he could be a lot of peoples favorite player.

It wasnt even until the playoffs when he started his playoff beard and started REALLY acting like a part of this team(and showed that he could be more than just some west coast pretty boy) that I even started to respect him.

Theres guys like Bart Scott (who is pretty much the leader of this defense yet is barely mentioned in here) then work horses like Leonard and Harris who deserve far more respect.

Go back and watch the tape from that Saints game. I understood hes a rookie and all, but when I see a QB on the sideline chewing his finger nails looking like hes not paying attention to the game that really pisses me off (especially when youre losing!)

Yeah hes a rookie it happens I know, but something like that i just dont see how you can be like ooh thats my favorite jet overthere. Itd be nice to see the guy show some damn emotion (like he did in the playoffs) and get angry. Because thats what people expect to see from a leader, someone who shows that they care.

(and no by attitude issues I dont mean like Kerry Rhodes/Braylon Edwards kind of thing. He just didnt seem to show any heart or really act like he wanted to play early on in the season. Fortunately he started to show some later in the year)

I guess the way he celebrated with his teammates when they scored was all for show. He didn't really care about them, just his West Coast pretty boy looks.

Im just saying I think theres jets out there who deserve alot more credit than Sanchez.

Sanchez did get his act together around week 16, but before that he was rather forgettable.

Where as guys like Scott/Harris/Leonard went out and worked their asses off the entire season.

Great analysis. You really got deep into his thought process from the 30 seconds of sideline footage.

    yeah that's where I'm at.

I voted for the Chez because I'm beyond excited to see what he progresses into going forward.

I just wanna see him play clutch football the way he did in the playoffs.

Brick should be garnering as much respect as any pro bowler on this team.

He's now an elite LT. Worth that #4 overall.

I dont see why people are getting sand in their V's about the poll options, aside from Rhodes which I assume is there for comedy value all the other options are pretty solid guesses at the players most people would like and as the OP said you can only have 10 options - its not his fault the Jets have so many stand-up players these days.
