I actually got through today and talked to his royal fatness. I told him every organization in football has some blemishes in regrads to behavior and I was immedetly cut off by.."Whoa Whoa!!..he's a head coach!! If kids do things thats a different story...there only 25!" So he proceeds to say "Aftah Rex does a thing like daht how douha look at yua playuhas?" I told him Faneca was interviewed about it and he said he still loves Rex. fat boy responds "Well what do you want him to say? Suspend him...fine him?" So I told him there is no way the guys on the team will look at him any differently and I got the Francesa..."Oh..Whoa...jeez...come on!" I also said I'm tired of Giants fans calling and being holier than thou and calling all Jets fans scumbags and he has the balls to say..."I never heard dat today" Then...hung up on.
what does he expect rex to do if he is getting abused by dolphin fans? fatcessa is an asshole. i would have done the same thing. props to rex.
why do you do it man? far be it for me to tell anyone what to do, but listening to this clown is bad enough, calling in is even worse you KNOW you're not going to get a point across AND your doing excatly what he wants you to do this guy pretty much ruined the last several weeks of the Jet season (from the first Colts game on) for fans like me that like to bask in the glory of victory during the week.......his lack of objectivity and professionalism with regard to this topic is astonishing (like I said, I stopped listening after the SD game, one of the biggest wins in recent franchise history, which he proceedded to shit all over) the only thing Jet fans should be doing is turning the dial when he comes on........ratings are the only thing that means anything to this guy why any Jet fans continue to both listen and call in is beyond me sorry, end of rant

Yeah..I finally cut all ties to the idiot a week ago. All criticism aside...he had ONE jet related guest during the entire 3 week playoff run. ONE. Yet he has Carl Banks on twice a week and that crackhead idiot LT on every other week. It's complete bias and a spit in the face. Hit him where it hurts...in the ratings.
My only source of what's on his show is this thread. I turn off his afternoon weekday show, his morning sunday show, and his sunday night tv show. Not tempted in the slightest to even listen for a second. If I turn the dial and hear his voice by mistake I feel dirty

I was on hold for 5 minutes. I have an hour and 20 minute commute home so it really wasnt like I could have been doing anything else productive. I doubt I'm the "one" who keeps him on the air. He was rich long before I started listening to him.

In fairness, it's Joe and Evan that have Banks on twice a week, not Francesa and Banks is a lot more sympathetic with the Jets than Francesa ever has been (since King Bill was here). I maybe listened to five minutes today during the opening, he was going on about how New Orleans never got to a conference championship game (said it at least twice) before this year...uh hello, they got to one in 2006! It's to the point where it's almost funny listening to him make an *** of himself, although I had to avoid it yesterday when I knew the Rex Ryan bashing was coming.
