first of all I'm from Central Jersey soo idk what kinda southern accent your talking about? And I do most of my threads off my phone and type fast not realizing my errors soo chill is it really that big of a deal? hahaha honestly
Once he got cut by the Jets Miami wasn't a rival for him anymore. It was clearly the better spot, they won 11 games and the division while Herm was on his way out in KC.
Might be good to have him around for mentor purposes, but we need another QB on the roster about as much as another Kerry Rhodes thread on here.
Of these quarterbacks, I would take Feely with Garcia as a second choice. I think we need a backup with some experience in case Sanchez is out for any length of time. Clemens should definitely not be resigned. Ainge and O'Connell can fight for the # 3 spot. I don't see why we need a number four. We can use that roster spot for someone else, especially since we have Brad Smith (if three quarterbacks ever get hurt on the same day).
But Why would we sign AJ Feeley at a higher price (Veterans Minimum or More) Who provides the same skills if not less then Ainge and O'Connell and has no real mentoring ability for Mark since he has never really started in the NFL (besides those few decent games with Philly)
Guys, while we're obviously trying to shed the SOJ's thing, why bring back old shitty QB's from our lousy past? He was WAY overrated by you fucks when he was here, and apparently that hasn't changed. Let's see if anyone talented is available first. And yes, KC is trash and should be shown the door.
KC, Ainge, and O'Connell are still all on the roster. Although I doubt that stays the same for long, I don't think the Jets are going to bring in anyone else. Sanchez is progressing well enough on his own with Cavanaugh and I think that Ainge is already a better #2 than Clemens was last year.
I wouldn't mind. In fact, he is a better QB than Sanchez right now so if something happens, we know we get an upgrade no matter what.
WHAT??? The guy with a throwing shoulder that had to be repaired three times, and injured at least half of the tendons in his rotator cuff?
Him being fragile doesn't make him a bad QB. It just means he's fragile. If he is so bad that he can't even play in case of injury, then there shouldn't be talk of bringing him in. I stand by my statement.
You: Him not being able to play has nothing to do whether or not he can play. Sometimes I wonder why other teams' fans come onto this board and try and treat our posters like retarded trash. Then I read posts like this.^
You said Pennington was a better quarterback right now than Sanchez. That's like saying gold is pink.
Calm down bro. Other fans don't come here and treat our fans bad because they deserve it. They come here to troll and be a holes.
Posters like you do not exactly make it difficult for them. Have fun bringing down the collective intelligence of this board, bro.
