Yo jabba, Round 1 is on thursday night Rounds 2 and 3 are on Friday (night i'm assuming) Rounds 4-7 are on Saturday. And for the record....I hate the new setup (F*ck you Goodell). The draft has always been a weekend festival for me.....now i'm forced to take friday off.
Not sure of the time it will be on but it's going to be on primetime so at like 8PM... 1st rd Thur 2nd-3rd Fri 4th-7th Sat I'm going to have to be awake all friggin night long to watch them (6 hours time difference) The Jets better not trade back into the third!!!
If they got him, I think they let Dockery stay at LG, hope Randy Thomas is healthy enough to play RG and they will kick Mike Williams out and let him get RT to start. If Randy Thomas isn't healthy, he will be the RG. Skins still need an LT since Samuels health is insanely iffy but I dont have a 3rd rounder so that won't be addressed here
Yeah I don't like it either. I agree the draft is supposed to be a weekend thing. I wouldn't have minded Friday nite for RD 1, starting at 7:30 PM ET, then do the rest on Saturday and Sunday, but I hate starting on Thursday and finishing on Saturday as opposed to Sunday.
Not a huge fan of the Raiders Brandon LaFell pick, Louis Murphy was one of the few bright spots on the Raiders last year, Schillens was hurt most of the year, but they are very high on him, and Heyward-Bey is being payed top 10 money right now.
Not a fan of LaFell... Schilens + Murphy is a good duo going into 2010... PS oh yeah I forgot that they had DHB too
Fair enough, but it's not like any of those guys have proven much so with the talent on D that they have, and without loving any of the OL prospects on the board, I thought the best thing to do there would be to add another offensive weapon. I think it'd give them a nice young receiving core, and hopefully three of those guys would be able to stick long term.
And with that pick, WSH and SEA's days are done and no more picks from me unless someone misses. I liked what I did with both teams, I can't complain. Draft has been quick, hope its like this for the 7 rder!
relax PPP10....that pick was probably the most "authentic" pick of this draft, considering Crazy Al's history....I applaud you for sticking to Oakland's past draft strategies :smile: of course, i'm just ribbing you.
