The big difference between BG and VG. BG can play in space, can drop back and cover. BG is very disciplined....you can see he has been coached up very well. Non stop motor and has excellent vision and reaction to the ball.
He's a michigan LB. They are all that way. Woodley and Harris are the same way. I liked Crable coming out of MI but he's been hurt and now unproductive for the Pats. Its the Ohio State LBs that have not been amazing minus Hawk. Laurinaitis has looked decent on an awful Rams team.
Not smart to run it up the middle on that play - with all of those big bodies on the South defensive line, they need to run a bootleg. Well, they tried that on 4th down and it didn't work.
Tebow's 6 of 9 for 40ish yards - his delivery is still pretty awkward, but he looks decent. One of his incompletions was a horrible drop. Dan LeFevour has been absolutely awesome for the North team.
The North defensive line is so much better than the South offensive line. Did you expect him to come out and be great in a pro-style offense? ...an offense that he just started to learn this week. Tebow is the perfect example of a project player.
Where is Jtuds when stuff like this happens? Everyone in the world knows that Tebow has horrible passing mechanics. His footwork actually looked really good this game - whoever worked with him this week did a very nice job teaching him different drops. Why does Robinson look better? ...probably because he threw a touchdown. The only quarterback that had a good game today is Dan LeFevour. Everyone else was mediocre-at-best.
loved Graham saying he wants to win MVP, sounds just like a RR guy. been a pretty enlightening day for me anyways. I certainly have come away with a few guys who I didnt know too much about, and have a more informed opinion. Its also a good thing to have so many different guys that would be good fits for us and are projected to our area playing well. It really is great to learn more about the guys who might be wearing green and white next season!
Brandon Graham just had an amazing game. Hopefully he'll get to 29. It's highly unlikely unless he has an unspectacular combine. It'd be just our luck if the Gaytriots drafted him.
I really like Myron Rolle if he falls to the 5th. Wouldn't be surprised considering the amount of good Safeties.
the only trade up i'll accept is the Jets trade their 1st and Rhodes to a team a few spots ahead for their 1st and a 4th in return to get Graham. I fucking like this dude.
