I just don't want to bring in a guy that can cause any type of crabtree situation for the Jets. That is the last thing this team needs. And usually those guys are WR that are taken in the first round. I fine with taking a reciever any other round.
Yeah, and with gholston being a major disappointment, another first round pick not working out could be a huge set back for the future of this team. I believe that the way we draft this off season will determine whether this team can takes the next step and become a super bowl contender, or stays at mediocracy.
The Crabtree situation doesn't happen at #29 in the 1st round. That's uninformed thinking. Contracts are easy that late in the draft because there are percentage increases and everyone is happy. There isn't a Crabtree in this draft in terms of ego. To think Williams is a crybaby better come with facts and articles, not some unwarranted fear.
