Well this was one exciting season it came right down to the 4th quarter of the ACFCG and the better team won today. We played hard but Manning showed us why he's got 4 MVP's. But what we have gotten out of this is we now know that Mark Sanchez has become a leader and we have the confidence in him. Shonn Greene has emerged as our beast in the back field.Next year will be exciting when Leon Washington is back and as Boomer Eiasion said he may be the X-Factor to this offense. We have a Great Defense and if Chris Jenkins comes back it should give us great depth on our Defensive line. So we can now hold our Heads High and finally be proud that this isn't the Same old Jets. Thanks Woody, Mike T. and Coach Ryan for a spectacular season.
THanks alot!! The Future is bright, and this was one of the best rides of my life! In 1998 we only won 1 playoff game, this season we won 2, and the ride was unbelievable! WE'LL BE BACK HERE NEXT SEASON!! THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT! I LOVE YOU REX!!
Rex Ryan is a great coach with a great personality. He's done a fantastic job this year and has bought in some great foundations to build on in the coming years. The Jets are now a force in the making and I hope for many more exciting season to come. Although we lost tonight there are plenty of positive to take from the game and the season as a whole. Sanchez made some great plays, the 80 yard TD, the 45 yard pass to Cotchery in the 2nd. Potentially Pro Bowl material. The future's bright. The future's Green and White.
The leadership did a great deal this past offseason to position us to have a really good team going forward. My hat is off to them.
I love what they're doing with the team. With the maturation of Sanchez, we might see a Superbowl in the next 5 years. Thank you Rex, Mike, and Woody, as well as everyone else in the organization!
