How about a CB? Aside from Revis, ours all suck donkey cock. None of them could start for a CFL team. FUCKING GARBAGE

After today, it's blatantly obvious that the Jets need a lot of help in the secondary.

Darrelle Revis can only cover one guy.

I do not want to trade up - we need to acquire more pick.

Joe Haden will likely be a top ten pick.

Donovan Warren out of Michigan will more than likely be gone when we pick.

Wake's Brandon Ghee is a guy that could fly up boards and be a very nice pick at the end of the first.

I also like Amari Spievey out of Iowa.

This is a deep draft at safety, so we should be able to grab a good one later.

This thread stings because unless there's a miracle, we will be picking at 29. We were so close to getting to the Super Bowl.

I do not think they are going to look at one position in the 1st round. They will take the best player left who plays either CB, DE or Pass Rushing LB

I agree we need to upgrade the secondary. It's clear Rex isn't concerned with the D-Line, dressing only 4. The secondary will be addressed early or in FA.

Let's remember who is shredding the Jet's secondary...probably the best QB in the NFL...ever.

Oh, I give props to Peyton Manning. He's the best quarterback I've ever seen.

He attacked Drew Coleman, Lito Sheppard, and Dwight Lowery all game.

The difference today was Peyton Manning and Garcon.

People don't realize trying to find a shutdown CB, like Revis, is almost impossible.

I'm proud of Sanchez...he played very well, some of his throws were incredible.

    Our future is bright.

Man we really need a corner. Are there any good ones that will be at the end of the first?

Hey, Mr. E, what do you think about the CB from Boise...I want to say Wilson?

Guys lets' not panic and say we have to draft a CB at #29....that could cause the Jets to reach for a player.

Narrowing your choice on the best CB availble......makes you go off your draftboard and reach for a player at a terrible value. You want to trade down into Rd 2 and get extra picks and draft your CB...like Ghee or Wilson...go for it.

BPA, within reason(need), is the way to go.

I say we trade for a better pick. Might be able to get something good for one of our under-performing corners. If we can get in the 8-12 range, it'd be money in the bank.

Kyle Wilson is a baller. I have him ranked pretty high right now, but I want to wait until after Senior Bowl week and the combine to finalize my rankings.

He's the best corner on the west coast, and he's a hell of a return man too.

Yes, I want him to PR as much as I want him as a corner, he is also a very good blitzer, so Rex should like him.

Do you think a) he'd be around and b) a good value pick at #29? Or do we need to wait for the combine and see what his 40 time is?

He'll definitely be around. Wilson should run extremely way - speed and quickness are the biggest parts of his game.

I want this team to trade out of the first and acquire some more picks. Like WW said earlier in this thread, we can probably land someone like Ghee or Wilson outside of the first.
