Great video, thanks for posting it. Cannot wait for this game on Sunday, there is something very, very special happening here. Our New York Jets picked a helluva time to soar!
I like the fact that he put in the falcons game. When i saw that my emotions started boiling. I started to think back what everyone was saying about this team at the time, and how we had no chance. BTW i was one of the people yelling at all my friends saying we actually have a better chance to make the playoffs then we did before the falcons game. Also to add to my point: The reason why the Falcons game is soo important is because in order to feel such a high you need to feel a low in life. If you never experienced a bad moment in life then the good moments dont feel as good as they should. DO you get what im saying?
Really nice job. The Jets have almost a saintly look to them in glowing white Unis. God is a Jets fan
Yeah the Falcons game never meant anything anyway. Even before the game I knew that the Falcons game was pointless because we NEEDED to beat indy/cinci for the tiebreakers with the Ravens and broncos. Even if we beat the falcons one loss vs indy/cinci meant we were out of the playoffs.
The Falcons game might've been a blessing in disguise. Had we won that game and won the Colts game, we might've rested most of our starters against the Bengals. Instead, those last 2 games made us play extra hard to stay in the PO race. That's paying off dividends now. Sort of like when the Giants played their starters against the Pats in Week 17, even tho they had nothing to gain. Instead, the Giants went into the PO's with confidence knowing they had the only undefeated team backed into a corner. That momentum has carried us deep into the Playoffs. I see no reason why we can't make it...and win...in the SB.
YEAH EXACTLY THATS WHAT I WAS TELLING EVERYONE ALSO. the only thing it did was make us not control our own destiny but if you looked at the other teams you knew they would lose games.
we would of actually had to beat Cincy to make the playoffs even if we had beaten the falcons. If we had lost to cincy, then houston would of made it over us in a 3 team tie breaker.
?! What 3 teams are u talking about? I don't wanna get into this 'what if' scenario cause it's a moot point now, but, assuming we were going into the final game of the season against Cincy 9-6, and won, we would've finished pretty at 10-6. If we had lost to Cincy in the last game, we would've had the same record as the Texans (9-7) and since we beat them earlier in the year, we would've still gotten in. The Steelers needed us to finish the year 8-8 for them to get in because we actually did finish the year with the same record. So, I don't know if what you're saying is true at all.
Rising out of the ashes of a 7-7 record......... Sometimes.......... ......sometimes.......... It works...........
No. If we finished 9-7 with another conference loss we would of had 4 teams at 9-7 with 2 wild card spots. Baltimore would of got the 5 seed because of the best conference record. Then it would go to the 3 team tie breaker for the last spot. All 3 teams have the same conference record so it would go to common opponents. The texans would then win that.
