wait i dont get how the jets have a better shot this week then they had week 16 vs the colts. According to Francessa and colt players they had 5 guys injured and not playing and they were only playing mathis and freeny on 3rd down. So how the hell did the jets have 0 chance of winning that game. But now with the Colts fully healthy they r a worser team? That's one of the many things that pisses me off about Fatcessa. Ever since the week 16 game, he's been claiming the "Jets were beating their chests" after that game. Nobody's done anything of the sort! Does he want Rex to say, "we never would've beat them if they kept their starters in". No NFL coach would ever do something like that. He also said "Rex begged the colts not to play their starters". It was a joke! Rex didn't call up Polian and plead with him to have Manning benched. He made a joke about a Christmas list.

If they played in any other city the radio shows would be about the great upset, the ride and journey to the afc championship and how amazing it is. Instead, in ny, a fat host by the name of Francesa, plays audio clips of 5 missed fieldgoals that cincy and Sd missed to mock the jets. I don't remember him playing audio of ansante samuels missed interception or the miracle helmet catch by Tyree. No, instead he took 2 weeks of calls trying to name that play. Im dead serious. For 2 weeks straight giant fans were calling the show to name the play. It really is a shame, and other people around this station (joe and evan, boomer and carton) need to step up and call him out for what he is.
They may not admit it but I think MF is losing ratings, 1050 has really put the pressure on them and is slowly taking listeners. That's why I think he is so antagonistic, he has to do something to get people to call the station, unfortunately because Mike is so biased towards 2 teams, it does not allow him to be a well rounded Sports talk show host. (no pun intended) If you treat your fans like children they will just go away, if you talk to them with respect and dignity they will stay, I always liked Russo much better than him because he was more humble and treated the callers with respect, unless they were really off base. I have not listened to the Fan for some time now, because I like to hear intelligent sports conversation, not one sided arguments that are not true half of the time.

SOMEBODY please tell this fat moron that Jones & Greene had 15 carries for 68 yards in the 1st half ... thats 4.5 per carry!!!!! We lost 14 yards on an idiotic end-around to Clowney ... that's why the stats show 16 for 54!!! Our two main guys ran MORE than well enough in the 1st half, including a 21 yard run by green and a 10 yarder by Jones. Why doesn't he do his homework instead of eating???? We ran all over them in the first meeting ... and I have NO DOUBT we're going to do it again. Peyton will get his points ... but so will we!
Francesa is getting the exact rise out of all of ya that he wants. The facts are, he thought the Colts would have won the game during the regular season if the starters stayed in. That he obviously feels. Other then that, everything else, the missed fg stuff etc. is just to get a rise.
It's ridiculous how he acts annoyed, like when he says, "Don't call me up with this stuff," and "Are you people nuts?" etc... When you call in, you're screened. In that brief process, the screeners ask what you want to say, what your point is, your comments. If he's so bothered by unintelligent and less knowledgeable callers, then why doesn't he blame his screeners, command them to weed out the "lunatics" and send through the smart callers?? (Obviously, I know the answer, as this was a rhetorical question. Just sayin..he's not fooling anyone with his little charade)
