I received an email from the Jets Shop today telling me to pre-order my AFC Championship shirt. Can you believe that?! I believe in these guys but what a horrible jinx. I checked out the Colts website and there is nothing like that on there. Our hopes are already at an all-time high. I cant believe they would do this. I have faith but what a horrible jinx
reasonable people don't believe in Jinxs. do you honestly believe there are mystical forces that determine the outcome of games and not simply the human beings who are on the field. how would this email help the Colts DBs to cover our receivers or prevent our O-Line from getting off good blocks?
This. I know it's hard as a Jets fan to not believe there's something supernatural working against us, but really, cut this crap out. The Jets will win Sunday if they are the better team.

I don't believe in jinxes either but there's going to be a very loud pop heard over the Indianapolis Metropolitan area on Sunday when the bubble is burst. Colts fans have long since learned that a win is earned on gameday and not thru big talk and expectations. Our team also realizes it and takes nothing for granted unlike the Chargers whom you all scramble to compare us to. I would be so bold as to compare the Jets' attitude to the Chargers going into the game last Sunday. Everyone in New York seems to be expecting to win before the game is played. That is going to end up biting your team in the butt.
So in other words...it is ok for you to feel like the Colts are going to win, but a Jets fan cannot? Get over yourself.
Namath was being heckled by a Colts fan when he made the prediction. Which is kind of a funny story and yes now it has been offset. I just dont think it was a good move on their part. Now if Rex said to buy it I think it would be different.
