They play the games for a reason, because on any given Sunday any team in the NFL has a chance. It doesn't matter what anything looks like on paper, it's how it unfolds on the field. You have every right to think your team can win this week, because they could. I love my Colts and I love our chances here, but I am not certain of anything until the clock reads 00:00 and we have the lead.
Hi Everyone, I am very proud of our Jets. There are lots of Jet fans down here in WPB,Fl and I can see it in their smiles when they see my Jet hat. The Jets will win the SuperBlow. Harry Go Jets
JETS SUPER BOWL: It's In The Math ! It's all in the MATH that we win this year's Super Bowl: This year's football season is 2009. The last Jets Super Bowl season was 1968 but they won in 1969. 2009 less 1969 = 40 years of frustration. We won Super Bowl 3. 40 - 3 = 37. Since moving to the Meadowlands, I've sat in Row 31. 31 + 37 = 68 which is the season they won the Super Bowl. I reside in seats seats 13, 14, 15, 16, & 17. Add these up and you get 75. If you take 75 less 5 for the five seats I have, that equals 1970 which is the year I was born and still waiting for a Championship. Now add the 68 with the 70 and you get 138. If you take 138 and subtract III for the Roman numerals in Super Bowl III, that's 138 - 111 = 27. 2/7 is the date of this year's Super Bowl. Now, if you take that 138 less Peyton Manning's number of 18 since we'll take him out plus the 4 times we've been in the Championship game, that's 138-18+4 = 124. 1/24 is the date we play the Colts for the right to go to the Super Bowl. Then, if you take the 2009 season less the last championship season of 1968, that equals 41 which was the score we beat the Colts the last time we played them in the playoffs - 41-0. We beat the Colts in Super Bowl III by a score of 16 to 7. 16+7 = 23. If you take 41 less Peyton Manning's #18, you get 23 which was the total score of our last Super Bowl. We've had 2 unsuccessful Championship games with this being the 3rd. Three equals the number of the Super Bowl we were in. Plus our 3rd Championship game = 3rd time's a charm !
You're right about the Math part but that's not the formula. Here's the abridged version of the accurate formula. Since Shonn Greene broke 2 runs for Touchdowns in 2 straight weeks, 2x2 = 4 had to retire just 1 season before. Bing! Brett Favre retired. Add the 4 + 1, and guess what? it's the 5th box of donuts Rex Ryan ate before he had to go shit it out. Now check this. 5 ^ 4 (number of letters in Jets name) = 625. Now take this, and subtract it from the season year which is 2009. We now get 1384. I've been a fan since 1992, and that's 18 years ago. 1384+18=1,402. 1,402 is the total rushing yards by Thomas Jones this year..Freaky.. It's a lot more complicated than this, but this just shows you how crazy this year is. The stars are aligned.
OK, why is Sanchez irrelevant to all these calculations? Or Braylon Edwards? I'll make it relevant. Jets win 17-6.
