My Pat friends will probably be pulling for the Colts, just to spite me... lol fuck em. We don't need anyone else pulling for us.
I actually have been real impressed (and yes, a little scared) with the Jets. I've also been a Patriots fan for a long time (went to my first game in '79) so I know it's not always like it's been this decade! So, heap it on... we've dished it out pretty good over the years, so it's time to take a little abuse at the hands of our division rivals. It's your turn, so go ahead! Fair is fair. Just make the most of it and make sure you keep the Colts out of the Super Bowl!
I really don't see us being in the position to rub any Patriots fans face in anything. We still haven't won anything since 1969.
Belicheck must be beside himself, b/c it seems NFL people in general are taking a likening to Rex.... Belli you're a thing of the past pal...oh and a cheater.
And they will be quick to finish every debate letting you know that too. What a bunch of ass clowns they are.
Yeah and Rex just doesn't seem like the kind of person who would cheat at anything. He let's you know what he is thinking and I like that about him.
Ever since THAT SB, I've had a soft sport reserved for the Giants, will never be able to thank them enough. Can you imagine how bad things would have been had they gone unbeaten? Your mate Jay, would have surely dropped that on his way out should that have happened.
LOL freebo.. bitter much? There have been some very nice Pats fans that passed through to wish the Jets good luck . And trust me, we hope they beat your Colts handidly. Bill Polian tried to manipulate the play-off scenario by laying down in week 15 nothing would be sweeter than having it bite him square on his ass.
Nice and Pats don't really belong in the same sentence. How was it working out for your fan base back in the early 90's when you only sold 20,000 tickets at home games? You guys sure grew fans quick once the Super Bowl rings started coming in.
If I was still in colllege, I would be. But then again, I think we have to win the Super Bowl to talk real smack to NE
I still see us as the pre-2004 Red Sox trying to talk smack to the Yankees. Until we win a championship, we kind of look like idiots trying to rub their faces in it.
True enough. As a bunch of people have pointed out, we don't exactly have anything to hold over them at this point, but it's still fun to revel in it for the moment. Who knows, in a couple of weeks we may really have something to brag about..... :jets:
I posted in another form, about how the spoiled bandwagon fans give fans that have accually like the Pats before the glory days a bad rep. But hey, your entitled to your opinion, not going to ruin my day. And you dont think the colts fan base has expanded due to all the success they have had??? You guys have just as many "ass clowns." That love to troll our MB.
No doubt Gus. I was always a casual Giants supporter, but I am eternally grateful to the Gmen for chopping off the Pats head in the SB. If they had pulled off the perfect season we would have had to hear about it for the rest of our lives!
I hate the Pats cause of the success they had - but its a jealous success cause I want that winning success for the Jets. However, I have seriously considered putting a pipe bomb in my cousin's car for being a Dull-fin fan. Of course he sounds like Vic Carrucci and every other analyst discrediting the Jets wins by citing the other team's failures. Even now I am getting notifications that he is disgracing my wall with trash talk about the Jets suck and Fins should be in the playoff, not Jets. And his brother (who's a Gint fan) puts up this on my page.... "Dolphins trophy case after 1972... http://www.advantagefixtures.com/jpgs/productline/trophycases/wallcasesdtr70.jpg So the questions is, if the Colts win cause the Jets missed a field goal or an injury, or mindless penalties - then did the Colts not really win? Did the Jets lose it for them? You can't have it both ways so pick your poison...however I digress
