TJ is officially a BACKUP......GREENE has proved he is #1 on the roster!!!!!!

TJ hits guys when he runs and wears them down, and so does Shonn.

With Leon coming back we could be averagine 230 a game next year on the ground.

 

I wanted Greene in the draft and sure enough the Jets were targeting him too. Some people in here wanted Knowshon and even though he is good, I knew he wasn't going to be better than Greene.
Happy about that. I'm starting to recognize play-makers

This guy is a beast.

 

I like how they run Jones for a series then Greene for a series...keeps Greene fresh.

 

Awesome photo! Love the look of Weddle on the ground looking at Shonn's cleats after he was turned into road kill on that TD run!

 

It's amazing how Greene is always the one who delivers the hit.. Early in the game th announcer said, "and Shonn Greene is hit hard" but in reality it was their defender that took the brunt of the hit.

 

It's going to be scary with Greene as the feature back and Leon as the change of pace the next few seasons.

Love it. Safeties do not look forward to playing the Jets....Linebackers either for that matter.

 

Green is great yeah.. But don't forget TJ made this season happen. There is no way Green would have survived 330 carries and still be effective. Also it was TJ who iced the game.

 

Both Greene and Tj are great but this oline is what really gets the job done

 

I love Greene and TJ.

 

Good bye TJ, he is due 6 million total next year....next year will be SG and LJ.

I CAN'T BELIEVE the disrespect TJ is getting in this post.

Were you all in a coma the past two years when he gained 2,800 yards for us??? ... and BTW ... The guy NEVER misses a game, and he NEVER puts the ball on the ground.

I love having the talent of Greene in our backfield as well ... but to show this kind of disrespect is out of line. We have a great 1-2 punch and I'm happy to have them both on my side!

I don't have anything but love for TJ, however the Jets are not going to have LJ, SG and TJ, in the backfield next year, not financially smart.

 

No one is disrespecting Jones. Revis Christ, can't we have one thread where praising Green doesn't = disrespecting Jones. Greene has done admirably for a rookie and has contributed a great deal to the Jets' victories in the playoffs. Why does it have to be disrespect to Jones?
