Last week he passed for a post season record lowest yardage total for a winning QB - 34 yards. In the Week 11 matchup the Ravens were not able to run the football effectively (98 yards on 31 carries 3.2 Yds/Att). If the Colts are to focus on the running game Flacco will have to play a better game than he did against the Patriots. Indianapolis Peyton Manning - Manning threw 2 INTs in the Week 11 matchup against the Ravens. They will need Manning to play well if they are to beat the Ravens at home. In the week 11 matchup they only rushed for 76 yards on 25 carries (3.0 yds per rush). Although they believe they can run against the Ravens, I do not think they will. Notes: The Colts have not lost to the Ravens since 2001. However, they barely escaped the Ravens this year, and probably would have lost if Flacco did not throw a late INT to Gary Brackett inside Colts territory. The Ravens just went up against one of the top offenses in the league and shut them down and now they have to do it again. Unfortunately for the Ravens they will be going up against a motivated Peyton Manning and Colts team. I do not believe their wounded leader on offense will be able to keep up with the Colts offense this time. My Prediction: Colts 28 Ravens 13
^^ heck of a story, good for the kid to get a chance to live a dream of, Here is to hoping the kid gets better. Oh and that he calls a play that propels the Ravens over Indy to give us a home AFCCG
Watching the pre-game now... Can someone explain this to me please! When the SAINTS sit their starters week17 and lost it's them resting their players. When the COLTS sit their starters week17 and lost it's them resting their players When the COLTS & BenGALS starters play 2-1/2 Quarters vs the JETS and lose it's them "laying down". am I missing something here?
http://forums.theganggreen.com/showthread.php?t=52477 The uproar over the Colts in week 16 overshadowed anything they did in week 17.
I'm having a tougher time with this game. I'd love to see the Jets host an AFCC as the last game at Giants Stadium, but I don't like the matchup with the Ravens. Solid run defense, no passing game to speak of, great run game. I don't see it going well for us, even with Rex's familiarity with the defense.
