SD has a 4 year history of under performing with arguably the best talent in football and there's history to this as well. The same thing happened when you ran a similiar O with Don Coryell. Flashy passing games that can't run die in the playoffs. Your the one grasping and had we lost to the Colts it woudn't help you. Payton Manning is much better than Rivers and Wayne is better than Jackson.

I keep hearing how good your passing game is but when I look at the QB's left in the playoffs the only one that scares me less than Rivers is Flacco.
He's a good QB just not as good as the other playoff teams with the exception of us and the Ravens. You guys act like you have the greatest show on turf, you don't.
Not going crazy, but here what I can find after a quick search of the interwebs: I see four games where an opponent rushed more than 30 times vs. SD--the first four games of the season. The Chargers went 2-2 in those four games. The two games they won were against the 21st and 26th overall defenses--Miami and Oakland. The two they lost were against the third and five overall defenses--The Ravens and Steelers. That seems to bode well for the Jets, no? Edit: your other loss is against the 7th ranked D, denver (although they only ran 23 times)

...and video of the defensive play calls...and video of the Rams final walkthru...and God knows what other electronic surveillance. I think one thing we can all agree on is that the Patriots are a wart on the ass of professional sports.
