Oh boy so everyone thinks the Chargers are going to win. Now there is some breaking news.... I thought the Jets 10-7 record would have catapulted them over the 13-3 Chargers. Damn I hate being wrong.

    Well, what does anyone expect?
For the past 4 weeks ESPN and every sports media outlet has been telling the fans "The JETS don't Belong".
Constantly hating on us and feeding that shit into peoples heads.

    I'm soooo happy too!
I hate the media and all these idiots who have no idea wtf they are talking about because they haven't watched a minute of the JETS...

I would personally like to thank the illiterate rednecks of Mississippi for their support of Mark Sanchez.

I blame that one on Staten Island.

    San Diego delenda est.

Excellent. I love it when virtually no one thinks we can win. We always handle being underdogs much better than we handle prosperity.

I don't get any of the outrage that no casual football voters in ESPN.com thinks the Jets can win.

What i am surprised about is the number of analysts predicting the Jets can win. This is of course excluding anything from ESPN, the front-runner network.

im thinking the same exact thing abyz.

now that the pats have been knocked out theyre looking for the new cock de jour to blow and I guess our cinderella tale has only garnered attention from the repeated ESPN cycles.

conversely you hear plenty of other analysts who still talk like were lucky to be allowed to play football.

There is always going to be pro/con arguments for every game, really, because if nobody gives one team a chance, it hurts the ratings for the game. But the arguments that have been made for the Jets have been pretty good ones from what I have seen.

the best ones ive seen are from former players. alot of people point to Sanchez shitting the bed as being the reason they pick against us.

most former players I see comment say "anyone who can run like them and play defense like them is dangerous in the playoffs"

for all the in depth analysis and debating to be had this game will simply come down to field position and turnover margin.
