im still undecided. i dont know if its bad luck to do it now, after the ravins win or wait until we win..... damn i hate being superstitous
I went ahead and bought my regular seats. In the event we host the game I don't want to be scrambling at the last minute, and worst case scenario is I knock out another $300+ towards next year. For some reason I get more of a sense that this game could actually happen than in past years sending in playoff money. Maybe because only two things have to happen and it's a tangible oponent, date and time on the ticket, rather than just generic AFC Playoff tickets.
but they also extended the deadline to monday night 1159pm. so you have a full day after the jets victory to buy your seats.
It is underneath the actual bill for the tickets. The parking pass is seperate because they allow you to purchase up to 10 parking passes if you need that many. That just gets added on the bill as you pay.
I saw that after I did it but that's fine. I was almost hoping they would do the usual playoff thing in December when I had some cash flow going, if nothing else to knock out some of next year. Now that we're this close and it's just a mater of winning one game and having the Ravens win, I'm all in. It's a win-win for me, I'm either going to the AFC Championship Game in my old seats one last time or I have a good chunk paid for 2010 in addition to the $1,000 I've already deposited. I don't plan to be rolling in dough this spring so that can only help.
Look at this part: By purchasing the Championship Game you are authorizing the NY JETS to charge your credit card. Yes I Agree The Above is Mandatory
If you can buy 10 parking passes I see lots of parking passes on ebay. Why would they let you get more then get during the season?
Based on point spreads, there?s a 7.5 percent chance the Jets and Ravens both pull upsets this weekend to set up an AFC Championship matchup in the Meadowlands in East Rutherford, New Jersey, according to RJ Bell, president of the Las Vegas-based handicapping information Web site Pregame.com. The AFC title game winner advances to the Super Bowl.
I was wondering this myself. Doesn't make sense. Are we sure it's not some sort of glitch and you can really only get one per four seats?
I am waiting, I like many people had more seats in 2009 than I do in 2010. My invoice is $916. In this new Jet offer is there no CC fee and playoff handling fee? If I enter today will I still get charged that? Or if I enter today and Ravens lose I don't have to pay anything
It sounds like your credit card won't be charged at all unless there is a game... but who knows. I reserved my tix anyway. If they do take $10 from me and there is no game, I will be pretty pissed off.
Called the Jets this morning at about 11:00am. The rep stated the website was having technical difficulties and the IT guys were working on it. All due to the traffic involved. The site is not used to it. Reserved my seats. The rep was shocked when I stated I only needed 1 parking pass. They also charge a credit card fee something to the fact of $4 per ticket.
I'm assuming there will be no satellite parking.and e eryone who buys a tix will be able to buy a pass.there are making more money somehow.
That's what I was afraid of... glad I got it done already. Just keep trying at odd hours guys... you'll get thru.
