Yeah you guys need to simmer down with Cali fans are not real football fans and all we we want is to tan blah blah blah. Ask Manning how its been coming to San Diego the last couple of times. Most of you that say that crap have never set foot in the west coast. The crowd will be loud on sunday i can assure you of that and no it will not be pro sanchez. I am a USC alumn but I am born and raised in SD and thats all that will matter to all of us come sunday. All you guys throwing stones about our fans, What ? did the meadowlands all off a sudden fill up with professors and retired senators??? I been there a couple of times and you have your fair share of loonies too. The Q will be loud and it will be 90% Charger fans.

If we stay calm we are "laid back surfers who know nothing about being a football fan"

If we get rowdy we are a bunch of lowlife thugs

East coast fans have their view on our fans and it won't change...funny thing is the ones who talk the most trash about us have never been to a game here.

You're telling me there's no middle ground between being a laid back fan and being an absolutely rabid obnoxious one?

That's true. Tommy Bahama is definitely the epitome of the middle ground between laid back and obnoxious, although it has a foot firmly in each.

Great I just put $50,000.00 on the Jets at the Wynn. If they lose, I gave them your post.

Really like our chances if we can control possession and play smashmouth football, let Sanchez pass 15 times. The thing we mustn't do is go down by 10 or more points early.

Jets 20 SD 17, mark my words.

    90%????

My ass, half the population are transplants and onyl cheer for the Chargers when they're winning.

I went to SDSU and have been to plenty of game there. There will be a ton of Jet fans, myself included.

    See you at MoonDogies-

I was just comparing my two expereinces there. Granted, the massacre of 02 wasn't a playoff game, but the Jets fans in the crowd were significantly louder than the Chargers fans.

2004 (the playoff game) was rowdy. 2 more years of the Raiders sucking changed the entire demographic of the stadium.

 at the Jets fan who said Sanchez has the same amount of playoff wins as Rivers.

There's a true fan for you.. Taking notice of all things NFL, even when the Jets are at the bottom of the bottom.

Not all charger fans are from CA - not that being from there is a bad thing.

I've met 2 native NY'ers in my life who I've liked - does that make them all bad? Not in my book, but hey - I only have 52 yrs. of living on the east coast to go by. I'm sure if I hang out here long enough my perspective could likely change.
