SD can score BIGTIME so getting on the board with 7 as opposed to 3 will be of MAJOR importance. 6. SCORE EARLY. We CANNOT afford to try and play catch up.

well, the last time we played san diego in the playoffs we were underdogs which also had to travel across country. if there is a team left in the nfl that the jets can beat i feel its san diego. if we use the same method that we have been using (running the ball, stopping the run, putting pressure on the opposing qb) we might be at home for the afc championship against rex's old defense. i believe that the ravens will beat peyton manning and his happy feet, i may end up being wrong but i got a funny feeling. i just hope we win this weekend. go jets!

I find it very curious that people are getting bent out of shape because Charger fans are very confident. Can you imagine what this board would be like if the Jets ever strung together 11 in a row?
My god, its pretty clear to me that some of these posters not only have never seen Revis play, but I'm not even sure that some of these asshats have ever seen the CHARGERS play.

Notice there aren't any Vincent Jackson threads or Malcolm Floyd threads on GG? I seriously want the Bolts to throw at Jackson. That means all their options are shut down too. If they throw at Revis like some of them are suggesting they're going to be in for a long and frustrating day. I remember we beat the Chargers in the playoff game win by a field goal. Also, I remember when Curtis Martin was playing during regular season(I forgot which year), The chargers were like 6-2 and the jets were 2-5 and we run the .... out of the Chargers at their home and everyone was shocked! Please don't hate revis just because he got an island and you don't.
They have all the berto's down there. My favorite iteration as far as naming is concerned is "Juanbertos". I think it's the Mexican equivalent of a hick Walton name like "Jim Bob". Of course, most of the time when I'm down that way and want Mexican food, I go to a place called Ponce's. It's damn good. Probably the strangest I've ever seen was a Mexican Irish place called Jose O'Reilly's. Apparently they closed it down, though.
