Yes, when you have a rookie QB who's struggling, the game plan is to run. Man you guys crack me up. 7-7 before these last two and you're "beating the shit ot of most teams..." BTW, this is a great board. Thanks for that.
Seriously? After that pitiful drop in the endzone, I hope for your sake you don't have to depend on him. Fricken loser... I carried his dumb ass on one of my FF teams for way too long...
We're beating the shit out of teams at the line of scrimmage, moron. May not mean we won every game but why do you think we have three pro bowl lineman?
certain stats do hold weight, while there area shit ton of stats that are as flimsy as a cornflake, the stats hes referring to do hold weight.
In fantasy football the Chargers kick our ass. Fortunately the real game usually comes down to Blocking and tackling at the point of attack.
We became a run-first team the minute Rex Ryan signed on the dotted line to coach this team......this isn't anything new. "beating the shit out of most teams AT THE LOS"....read the whole post, Poindexter.
I wish I would have thought of that, but it is just simple math. No way around it man. Too bad for the Chargers. They had a good season but it will be 1 and done in the playoffs due to that math.
Maybe. This game is going to be the ultimate match up of old school vs. new school. Rex says pretty much the same thing in some of the pressers I've seen today. We'll see how things really are on Sunday. It was ironic this year that San Diego and Indy finished as the #1 and #2 seeds this year while also finishing #31 and #32 in rush yards. Honestly, there have been a lot of times this year when people thought our lack of balance would kill us. Tennessee was supposed to be a big test, but it turned into a joke. Tennessee was #2 in rushing this year.
To hear some of you Jets fans talking you would think you are favored to win this game... or the Superbowl for that matter. I respect your loyalty, and dedication to your team... but some of you are simply manipulating the statistics and presenting them in a skewed context to support your argument while simultaneously dismissing other statistical data that doesn't support your belief(s).
No they do not, but they are similar to your team in the regard that they live and die with their running backs and we ended up doing a pretty decent job containing them.
How are we manipulating stats or presenting them in a "skewed" context??!! We've given you guys nothing but factual information and backed up 99% of the arguments we've presented. You've come on here like a bunch of blowhards.....I had to laugh at some of posts regarding your strength of schedule compared to ours....hilarious.
