Cotchery is so dependable. Most underrated player on the team. Love the guy.

Even after the Edwards I still felt he was our best receiver by a wide margin. Here's to hoping he and Mark spend the next decade making huge plays for the Jets.

Cotchery is a fantastic receiver. I don't care how much speed or natural ability you have (Braylon, I too am looking in your direction), if you can't catch the ball, you're a useless WR. Cotchery catches everything.

Cotch is steady all year long, but it seems as though EVERY big game he steps up and makes big plays. He has been our only Patriot killer over the last half decade. He doesn't get great seperation but if the throw is made, he will catch it.

Also, throwing it out there, off the top of my head, I can't remember a ball that was thrown to Cotchery that was intercepted.

what i dont understand is the following: Sanchez and Favre have way bigger arms than pennington, yet anytime brett or mark throws the ball to cotchery he has a db all over him. when chad threw him the ball, he caught it in space. Was Chad just that much better at looking off DBs? I cant figure it out, sure chad got his receivers hit sometimes, but i remember a lot of times he threw floaters to guys that were wide open. was it a funtion of timing, touch, looking defenders off a combination of everything??

i wonder about this because i really like cotch and think he is great after the catch if he has space

It's like a Dr. Seuss story: Cotch's clutch catches.

Cotcherys the fucking man. Doesn't have good speed but has great hands, great route runner and always makes the tough play.

if someone calls him out on his comments then he will probably say something retarded like that.

I'm just happy we're not going to have to deal with this Colts BS all week. He makes stuff up and says the Jet fans think the Jets would have beat Colts if the starters played all game. Thats totally false. The only thing Jet fans have told him was that there was a small chance, like 10% and he called them delusional. Francesa says 0% chance the Jets would have won that game.

If we play the Colts thats a good thing. It means we have major credibility by beating the Chargers so he can't just kick the Jets to the doormat like he was going to.

Of course he'll destroy us this week saying we have no chance but whatever, we don't have to deal with the whole Colts thing, thank god!
