yupp...i did because granted i was livid after watching this team lose...but there are tons of people on this board who are uptight beyond repair... i would also check the date of the OP
I thought the last word in this thread title was "Opium" when I first saw it. After reading the OP, that seems more fitting. San Diego delenda est.
I agree with this one more: The best way to kill a monster is to stop believing San Diego delenda est.
soo what you're saying is that in the middle of november i made an observation that the jets have typically collapsed late in the season....and at that time it may be possible they got the collapse (string of ridiculous losses) over with early and would reverse the typical ways and make a late run (which is happening) and that is an obscene observation? i really don't follow
The original post reminds me of a kid asking his/her parents to check under the bed for monsters. Shit like this is embarassing to our fan base. 'SOJ' is a bunch of bullshit.
Let's make a commitment to never use "SOJ" again. Then it goes away. What is the Same Old Jets at this point anyway? A team that gets our hopes up then lets us down? That could be true for many teams. Is it Same Old Bengals? Let's just enjoy this. First playoff win in 6 years. How many teams have worse experiences than that? Many. This is a tough game, the Chargers are good. If we win but then lose to Indy, is it SOJ? Last time we got that close was with Vinnie. We're already NOT the Same Old Jets. We did something few teams do. We won a playoff game. It was a fun, exciting season. Which is definitely not the Same Old Jets. So just stop. Be cautiously optimistic. Be pessimistic. Either way enough with this Same Old Jets crap.
i wish you people would actually realize that this thread was created in November and someone bumped it... jesus people lighten up whats so funny about this is it shows who just posts shit and doesn't actually pay attention to the thread
