Theisman said that the teams just switched roles from last Sunday... nice read on the game. Gibbs said they did a nice job shutting down the wildcat... except fot the touchdown... All I kept thinking of was that old ESPN commercial where Theisman is playing poker with the dogs and they kept fucking with him by breaking bones. Tremendous.

 

I can't stand Collinsworth. Can NBC ship Gibbs out to work with Michaels?

I liked the job Gibbs did... the guy definitely knows his stuff

 

Gibbs was good. Theisman surprised me, I thought he was going to be shittier. Hammond I could have done without.

 

I didn't even have time to listen to them between watching and the game thread.

 

the 4th quarter felt like a preseason game. they didn't even get excited from the sacks.

 

Gibbs stood out for being good. Theisman's stupid comments stood out as much as his decent comments. Hammond just blended in if he didn't make a horrible pronunciation on the Jets' players' names(Reeves?).

 

that reeves guy played pretty well today.

 

Jeez man, the guy is a 105 year old legend, cut him some slack.

I agree. Al Michaels is the best announcer and I actually like Gibbs. I think they'd make a good combination.

Oh yeah, what the fuck was the deal with no Stat Summary at the end of the quarters/half??? Damn, you get that on a HS game, and they don't have it on an NFL playoff game?

if you thought that was bad, you should have watched the highlights with the radio calls on NFL.com, jesus the Bengals announcers were so crazy biased it was unbelievable

 

Could have been worst.. Deardork could have called the game.

 

Yeah all last week in the Steelers/Miami game we only had to hear Dierdorf tell us 272 fucking times what the playoff scenarios were for the Steelers and Dolphins.
