I'm not sure why the inferiority complex and ill will toward the Giants regarding playing in Giants stadium? The Giants treated the Jets way better than our former land lord the Mets who pissed all over us every way they could. The Giants as an organization treated the Jets pretty well over the years and the deal that the two teams worked out was the result of that good working relationship.

I know too Many arrogant Giant fans that never let me forget the name on the building.

Whenever anything positive happened and things weren't rosy in Giant land that was always the lame fall back.

Just annoying after a while, but now that is done.

Our ownership didn't care enough about the team to give us our own home, so we're supposed to feel good about playing the last game in Giants Stadium and winning? They won 3 Superbowls there, we won....the last game? Who cares? Wake up guys, that doesn't mean anything at all! It's a testament to one of the worst ownership decisions in New York sports ever, that's it.

I don't know a single Jets fan who isn't gloating that we made the playoffs and the Giants fell apart.

    Okay, I know I am-

I was talking about the typical Giant fan saying, "duuhhh well you play in our building."

It's a retarded comeback, it did get annoying- That is all I was saying.

If a Giants fan who had tickets told me we play in their building I would tell him I know and thats why I pee on the seat.

Do Jets fan's really have that much venom for Giants fans? I never realized it before. Its the fuckin troll Fin fans I meet and that come here that I hate when they say we don't play in our own stadium -> when they play football on a fucking baseball diamond!

I don't hate the Giants and I was rooting for them like a maniac when they were playing the Patsies cause I'd rather have the Gints bring home the Lombardi than a hated rival.

Now if you want to talk about venom for the Yankees as a Mets fan - that's a whole different argument!

I did back in the 80s, but it seemed worse then. Maybe because I was around younger, more obnoxious people or just that the Giants got really good. That's also when we first moved into their stadium, but for whatever reason I hated them and their fans. I still don't love them, but now that the real tools like Tiki, Strahan and Shockey are gone they are a lot more tolerable. And beating the Pats helped, although I still wish it was any other NFC team that had done it.

I just straight up don't like the Giants. I don't see any reason why I should. STFW if they play in the same city as my team. They aren't my team = they suck. Period.(But geaux saints)

Wow indeed sir. Just a little good natured ribbing, I don't think I was over the top there. It is nice to win a small battle. Thanks for all the interest in the size of my cock, but it is just fine the way it is. We can take a joke over here, just wanted to see how thin the skin is on the other side. Apparently, VERY.

of all the things that fat fuck has annoyed me about over the years the fact we closed the building and closed it so well while his team sucked a fat one the past 2 weeks and yet he still talks shit about it is by far the most obnoxious thing. i usually turn as soon as i hear him but today just like last monday i caught him in the middle of it and he annoyed the shit out of me.

i almost called to tell him he is a cunt.

Wow, you're usually such a level-headed and amiable non-Jet poster on this board. I guess the last two weeks have really done a number on you. I can't blame you - if I was a Giants fan I'd be pissed as hell right now too.

    Good post.

I hate the Us Vs You mentality, as Harp mentioned above. I will thank you for 3 SBs to make NY not a pure Baseball town and thank you thank you thank you for beating the Pats.

I don't think Jets fans understand that the Fins 72 year and the 07 Pats would be talked about every year a team is heading to 16-0. There would be analyst discussions, roundtable bullshit, an hour special on NFL network replayed every 3 times a day, every 4 days. Your team saved me from that hell.

Jets come in 2nd. But they were always looked down upon as 2nd class citizens, plus the jealousy of winning it all. I wonder if it was the 80s with the Sack Exchange and the heartbreak they went through while LT was killing QBs and winning rings at the same time. That can fuel hatred.
