Revis is sooooooooooooo critical to our D. His man to man coverage allows our D to function totally differently. How many teams can be very confident to put one guy on the opposition's best receiver game after game and know the receiver is not going to make anything significant happen?

His play allows us to do many more blitzes and the D can line up totally differently because of him. Revis is like putting a receiver in double coverage with one guy. It's like having 12 guys on the D because the guy that would have been used to help the corner can do something else.

 

But it's even more than that, as its like putting their best receiver in double coverage with one guy.

During the week Revis will perform a Miracle and heal Chad's knee, only to shut him down again and keep the BS excuses at home.
