Slow work week considering the holiday, and polls are always great for discussion. Simple, if you had to name the greatest Jet receiver who would it be?

The greatest was Maynard, but if you're asking us for our favorite, 90% will say Wayne.

That's exactly how I felt. Maynard loved the Jets and was heart-broken when they released ( at 37)

I don't remember Al Toon much, and Chrebet is the only one who I remember watching live.

Statistically you gotta give it to Maynard, but I don't think there's any Jet more popular than Chrebet... maybe CM?

Greatest former Bear to have two TDs for the Jets.

    No-brainer for me....Al Toon.

He was my favorite Jet player growing up in the 80's. I had his poster, and when Starting Lineup figures came out I bought his. Every time I went to the mall I remember drooling over his white #88 jersey at the sporting goods store, which my parents were totally not going to pay 100 something bucks for.

I still consider him my all-time favorite Jet.

Toon no Jet WR in the last 20 years could even sniff his jock, although I loved Wesley Walker, Chrebet not so much.

What the hell did you have against Wayne Chrebet? Probably the most clutch receiver the Jets ever had.

Just didn't have the man love for him. Toon and Walker were just as clutch.

The fact I do not want to swallow his sword doesnt mean I think he sucked or something........... GFY Sayuki..........lol

Toon easily. I suspect the heavy lean towards Chrebet in the voting has more to do with the age of the voters than anything else. I'm not old enough to have watched Maynard, but I watched Walker, Toon and Chrebet. I did love Walker and Chrebet, but Toon was the man.
