He took it a step further and called the new stadium "the new Giants stadium," then caught himself and said, "Well, the shared stadium, I guess, if you could call it that... the Jets are sort of sharing the stadium,... sort of. They've always been tenants."

I fucking hate this guy. I've always known he was a Jets hater, but that statement yesterday takes the cake for me. Now he's running around diminishing the Jets' equal ownership in the new stadium... he'll probably be calling it Giants Stadium for the next 20 years. Fuck you, Francessa.

 

He's right we are tenants. But not the Giants, the NJSE's. Giants had their name on the stadium, but owned nothing. Giants hosed their longtime fans by making sure each and everyone of them paid a PSL. Way to reward their loyalty. We settle a lot of scores with a win on Sun.

 

I would fucking LOVE for us to be hosting and winning the AFC Championship Game in Giants stadium this year, especially after the Giants played one of their worst games ever as their final game.

 

i'd settle for that next year in the "new" giants stadium.....

I'll admit, I'm a long-time fan and I just take what he says with a grain of salt, as something that I shouldn't get too worked up about. I actually find him entertaining.
