Ochocinco Calls Out Revis

Wow.. Ocho has looked good against some average CB's this year, what does he think he will accomplish against the best CB in the NFL? Seriously..

Obviously 85 knows he won't even be playing Sunday.

It's like calling someone out from inside you car with the doors locked.

 

How brave...the chance that he and Palmer are both going to play any meaningful minutes is near zero...what a set of balls he has. He knows exactly what he is doing.

 

Sounds like it was all in jest and good fun. Though I'm sure he really does think he'll be able to be Revis. I hope Revis does not respond...let the stats do the talking.

 

Chad has called Revis the best CB in the game, and Revis has said Chad was the best route runner out of every WR he's ever faced.

hes only calling him out because he knows he can use his lack of playing time as an excuse. When he has 2 catches for 25 yards he will say its because he didnt get to play the second half.

Ocho Cinco is probably tuning up for the playoffs. He knows that he's gonna get shut down two weeks in a row so he has two weeks of headlines he can make before it happens.

 

Not too worried about Chad. Guarding Welker would be big challenge as small quick and shifty guys can give Revis some trouble.

 

gotta give the guy credit he does have fun but he won't play much and I think he has like 1 100yard game in the last 8 weeks? Not sure what he thinks he will do this week---playoffs will be fun though

The respect these two have for each other has been documented. This is just Ochocinco hyping up a matchup with the best CB in the NFL.

I have to say though; Revis might want to retract his statement that Ochocinco is the toughest assignment he's had, because Wayne gave Revis some problems yesterday that we haven't seen Revis encounter at all this year.

 

I like 85's approach to his games. It's just like when you're kids out having fun, you talk smack just to talk it. Those two know each other pretty well, so I wouldn't take this serious at all. I know two people who for sure aren't: revis and Chad

 

They are friends and joke around a lot, they have a lot of respect for each other, Revis calls him the hardest WR to cover and Chad calls him the best CB.
