Something to consider. Not a spectacular rookie season (63tck, 1sk, 3ff) but if he's out for next week that would put a dent in their defense.

He's going to be a good LB. Good news for us that he isn't playing.

he is a strong player - and hurts their depth. Also makes them think about not getting anyone else hurt next week if the game is meaningless

Hey, if they decide to just sit their players next week it'd kind of be like them deciding to just play us on their home turf instead.

If we won wouldn't we then have to play them again in Cincy?

their d has been impressive this year, the cb's are going to give sanchez fits. the maleuga injury helps out our run game.

Yea, but I don't think sitting their starters would mean exactly what you said.

#1 Rushing team vs. #2 Rush defense. This game is going to be interesting. We better see more plays in the hands of Shonn Greene and Brad Smith than in the hands of Sanchez(hand-offs not included for Sanchez).

Would anyone have guessed that Cincy has a top-5 run defense? We're going to have problems running the ball, especially if Schottenheimer keeps trying the cutesy shit. We need to get after Palmer like we didn't get on Payton, because if he can sit back in the pocket and pitch and catch to Ochocinco and Coles, we're screwed.
