Never lose heart, never lose faith. I've only ever travelled to one Jets game (home loss to Buffalo this season), I got a stinking cold, saw an awful defeat, but hey, we don't quit. Some on here may be 'new' Jets fans, but I reckon this is new Jets. It is all possible, so go Eagles and let's get 5th spot. YEAH!!!!
If the Broncos win, they're basically a lock for the 5th spot. If the Bengals then beat us, there's a chance they're facing Baltimore for a 3rd time to start the playoffs (with a NE loss). That's the last thing they want. They beat us, and they either draw Denver or they just got an inside look at their Week 1 opponent.
Thank you dumb chocolate face man for pulling your starters!!..You just pissed off your entire team and got us into the playoffs!!!.Chocolate melted under the pressure that was Rex Ryan's game plan, what a day.Refs hose miami 's comeback for the 2nd straight,we get into playoffs and laugh.Go jets jets jets! :manning::manning::manning::manning:
Some of us are talking about ways to make getting into the playoffs easier, not seeding and assumptions that we'll get there. Granted, history would dictate that we find a way to screw it up next week no matter what.
Denver winning does nothing for us but give us a shot at the 5th seed. I don't care where we get seeded; I want to see us have the best shot at making the postseason. Either way, we need to win next week.
Eagles going in for the W so I guess we'll have to see where the cards fall if we win next week. BTW it is possible for the Broncos to miss the playoffs entirely which would be somewhat comical.
If we win next week, which team will be easy for us to beat in the first round? Cincinnati Bagels or New England beef patties ?
