So I heard that there has been a lot of talks going on dealing with trying to cap the amount that rookies make coming out of the draft. From what I have read and heard on ESPN it sounds like this would take place in 2012 and this could make the 2011 draft stocked with draft picks. Does anyone have any info on this. As well do you think that this will effect this years draft in trading down and picking up picks next year / trading players for conditional picks. Does it make sense to take a draft pick in this year's draft thats lower (stocked draft, get player now) compared to getting a possibly higher compensation pick in next years draft that could end up being as stacked.
2010 and 2011 are going to be loaded... 2011 is the year of the wideout: AJ Green, Mike Floyd, and Julio Jones will all be top ten picks.
I agree.. I actually think the 2010 WR crop isn't bad at all... sure there doesn't seem to be any dominating player like the one you said above but it looks pretty damn deep... drafting a solid WR in rd 3 is def an option (if we get a 3rd pick of course!) Will there be any dominating RBs in 2011?
Mark Ingram, Dion Lewis, Jeff Demps (next year's Spiller), Richard Samuel...to name a few. Can't forget Joe Mcknight. A RB I like, he hurt his knee last year....Derrick Washington, Mizzou....the kid was impressive.
