They like to win in the last 2 mins of the game we like to choke in the last 2 mins of the game. Keep anything you dont want broken out of reach of this one.
they can win this game, especially if Manning sits. 7 of the Colts 14 wins have come when they are down in the 4th Qtr. Hopefully the Jets can get a two score lead by the 3rd qtr and the Colts will pull their starters.
Joe Namath would punch you in the face if he heard you say this BS- They're going to win, you must know this is inevitable.
That's definitely a strong possibility. If we smother their offense all game but fail to score when we're on offense like we did against the Falcons the results will almost certainly be the same. Maybe Sanchez will come out and guarantee victory over the Colts?
They'll sit Manning when the score is 35-9 and five minutes into the 4th quarter. We couldn't even get a two score lead against the nothing-to-play-for Atlanta Falcons in our own house with the weather supposedly on our side. How are we going to get a two score lead against the Colts in their house? But assuming we do get that lead, what would make you think they pull Manning then, when 7 of their 14 wins have come from behind with him throwing his ass off?
I hope we blitz the crap out of Manning. I know he is going to make us pay for it, but it might convince them to pull him if he starts taking some hits.
I thought I heard on the radio yesterday that the Jets are 5 point dogs on Sunday. Five points? That's all? Homefield accounts for 3. Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought that's what I heard on the radio.
So this defense that has allowed the fewest PPG in the league, including only 10 points to NO, and 9 NE, will get blown out by the Colts? Makes perfect sense too me, the Colts are only 100 points for behind the Saints on the year. This won't be a high scoring game, we'll win 27-17, finally let Mark play his way.
Haha there is no way we score 27! Our only hope is to keep them under 20 points... 17 would be perfect. If we get to 20 it's a miracle already.
This is the most difficult time of year to bet the NFL. Who knows who will play for Indy and how long they'll keep the starters in. They have everything locked up.
win or lose i hope m.s. watches every play peyton plays, with schotty and rex saying"look son thats an nfl qb."
Wishful thinking i guess. But at this point, Sanchez will probably play better indoors than out. Sanchez's progress is the key on Sunday. Please give your teammates and the fans something to believe in.
the only shot we have is if B. Smith takes 75% of the snaps and runs the option. Sanchez should get the other 25% and hand it off 100% of the time. Sorry...at this point I have no faith in Sanchez. I'm sure he'll be better next year but right now he's a train wreck.
The thing about this game is that if they can win it they have a greatshot at making the playoffs in my opinion. I mean Denver should lose in Philly, and Jacksonville should lose in New England. Thats leaves us with Miami who has 2 home games against 2 7-7 teams in Houston and the Steelers. If they can split and we beat Indy and Cincy I think were in. Of course its easier said then done and we have to focus on beating the Colts first or none of this matters.
