What a fucking embarassment Schotty and Rexy pulled this year. Schotty just sucks and is overmatched and has been since he got here. No surprise. Rex is buddy ryan all over again. talks a lot of shit, runs a nice D but squad chokes out all the time. We havent beaten a decent fucking team since week 2 and the pats got our ass back for that. we have one quality win this year I know that losing Jenkins and Leon hurt, but i fear that we are going to be a lot like the buddy ryan eagles going forward unless we get a real badass OC and start caring about not committing stupid fucking penalties.

Rex better be the coach for this team for years. He's got the #1 defense, and I'll be the 1st to say it isn't elite, it's a good, not great defense. But that good defense with Pouha,Devito,Douglas, no pass-rush from the OLBs, benching Kerry Rhodes. The DLine has no depth and they're still getting it done, not to mention losing Jenkins! I say shove it...Rex has brought attitude and swagger, now does he have his foot in mouth sometimes, of course, and he takes the shots. You MFers hate Herm, as did I, hate Mangini, as did I...And hate Rex for being confident? F off... They made the right choice with Rex. Just need an OC to compliment his defense.
Is anyone really surprised by this team? It would have been nice to make the playoffs but we had a rookie headcoach and quarterback both learning on the job. I completly disgaree with the thread starter. Rex has completly changed the culture and the mindset of the jets. Notice how were still in almost every game without 2 of our best players? Its amazing how quickly people forget that our most important player on defense has missed half the season and this defense still plays lights out for the full 60 minutes. People that think like this will really feel foolish when something special happens with this team. I do give you Schotty, but thats it.

Yeah I agree the squad is LOADED. All but one player. Mark Sanchez, but he is a rookie. Yeah I'am really pissed off, but at the end of the day he is a rookie.
Went from a hall of fame QB to a guy who started 1 season in college. Chill out. The QB is holding the team down, and you just have to shrug your shoulders and better hope 2010 Sanchez doesn't do this, he no longer gets his pass after these 2 games.
ya rex really pulled our decent defense into a shitty #1 ranked one. rex is great, schotty has to go.
i like the QB. how bad does schotty suck? cotchery, braylon, jones, greene etc... all good, cant sustain.
not to mention we went from a .500 team in a buttercup schedule to a .500 team in a much harder schedule. our defense is solid. our run game is solid. mark sanchez has to improve next year.
