I live in Brick, NJ. The sky has dropped about 13 inches on us so far, and its going to continue through the night. Anyone else bugging out about how they're going to get there?hmy:
YES!!!! i've been freaking out for a couple hours now! i think im going to just take NJ Transit but theres rumors that the rails will be shut down. im going nuts.
I was going to do that to, but I heard the same rumor! At this point I think there is about a 2% chance I will be able to drive there, keep me filled in about NJ transit rails, I'll do the same
On the fence about going tomorrow. Only have a half inch here in North Jersey (20 mins North of the stadium) but can't be too sure of what the traffic's going to look like tomorrow.
my car is fucked up, otherwise i would just leave at like 8 AM and move outrageously carefully. ugghhhhh im goin cocksmackin bananas over here.
I'm looking forward to watching a snow game, I love watching NFL games without being able to see the field. It sucks for people that have to travel there though, I ended up not going to the Jets vs. Pats game in 2007 because of the weather.
Where have you guys been hearing these rumors? I also plan on taking the train, and I'm trying to think of another method to get there but it doesnt seem like there is a better way.
Yeah after the game was over I wasn't that mad anymore...it did look sick in the stands though. With everyone throwing the snow after the David Bowens blucked punt for a TD.
That's why they should have delayed it till 4. For the fans. But the tickets are already sold and that's all they seem to care about. My wife bought me 2 seats for tomorrow and every close friend I have is punking out because of the weather. I'm now considering punking out myself if the LIRR and NJ transit are gonna be a problem.
The brunt of the storm is coming right now and will be dumping on NY all night. Nassau and Suffolk are expected to get 2 feet. NYC and surrounding...about 10-15 inches. The main thing is the trains don;t do well in this conditions at all so we might be up shit river without a paddle.
Bout 40 mins from west of the stadium here ...have about 7-8 inches right now..went out to shovel once already and plan to be out earllyy with the snow blower ...this shit wont stop me!! GO JETS!
THATS MY BOY!!!! EXACTLY the type of attitude we need goin on up in this bitch. none of this "boo hoo snow its cold too much traffic waaaaaah" bullshit. show the FUCK up for your team and LETS FIGHT INTO THE FUCKING PLAYOFFS.
14c runs a great tailgate, all the guys from section 104. If ur taking the train and you can't do your normal tailgate, head over to 14c
