I have this set to record automatically on my DVR Mondays and Wednesdays, the past two weeks when I put it on I'm getting some show with Chris Carlin interviewing people on the street. What happened to "every day at 6:30" for Jets stuff? The guide still says "Jets Open Mic" and records it but I'm getting that irritating Carlin and his screechy voice instead. Are they showing Open Mic? Did they move it? What gives? Anyone?
It's actually been pissing me off lately that they don't show what they advertise. I usually time it correctly and hop on the treadmill so that my last 30 minutes on it won't be as excruciating, but instead I'm forced to watch assholes ask other assholes dumb shit about the Mets on the street. Mondays are the worst at work, and now at the gym. Fuck Mondays.
The same thing is happening on the re-air at 12 mid or 12:30, whatever it is. On a side note, I walked past the SNY studios on 6th last week and noticed FOX news studio is a block or two away. The Red Eye set also has a window to the street, so it turns out much of the TV I watch is all recorded basically on the same block.
I thought last week might have been because of the Thursday game and an irregular work week for them, but it happened again yesterday. I think they did show the Wednesday one last week, I remember seeing Clemens in Sanchez's usual spot.
It could be because Rex isn't holding Press Conferences on Mondays anymore? Cause that's normally what they'd show on "Open Mic". If that's the case, fuck Rex Ryan!
Isn't he? I thought all coaches did on Monday. I see quotes from him in Tuesday's paper and hear clips on the radio. At least I thought he did.

Applebees isn't his kind of place- he's more of a "Martini-Bar" sort of fellow. I remember it to this day, when we had the last get-together, him specifically saying that the bar we were at was "beneath his standards" but that he was "willing to make a sacrifice for the others." Pretty bold words, if you ask me.
Yeah same here worst part is Chris Carlin is a fucking asshole, and negative prick. Oh yeah he is a fat fuck too haha.
reminds me of the (time b/4 sports bars and satelite dishes) our local cable advertised a NY Jet game at 1pm so of corse i was thrilled but come game time the switched to a FUCKING Bills game. that was over 20 yrs ago and to this day if i ever find out who made the switch i will kill him/her and eat his children
