His missed tackle attempt on Ted Ginn in the second Miami game is the only time I've even noticed he is on this team. The supposed 'special team's ace' cost us a divisional game by missing that fucking tackle.
Comparing a guy who is just a special teamer and played in 12 games vs. someone who played for the Jets for most of his career and will go into the Hall as a Jet is a bad comparison.
14 years in the NFL--and never on a losing team--doing the thankless grunt work of busting up wedges has left him with disc issues in his neck. He's done as a player. Still Ryan and Westhoff want him with the team every day for what he brings to the group, teaching young guys how to prepare, practice, play, and be winners. The guy has done more with his life--and has a hell of a lot more class--than most of the twit-heads on these boards.
Marionbarber31 thanks for posting that. I had more than enough of the annoying, stupid, and classless comments about izzo
Hemi: I wasn't clear, my fault. I was just trying to point out that you can't just lump all ex Pats together.
