Would you rather have a healthy Kellen Clemens who practiced all week with the first team, or Mark Sanchez wearing 2 knee braces who didn't practice a lick all week? It might be a real decision for Rex. Because he's a rookie, and never practiced, I say play Clemens and run 50 times. And trust me, the sight of that guys face against Buffalo had scared written all over it. He is pathetic but we gotta be able to beat them with Clemens. Of couse, if Sanchez practices sometime this week, he plays. Just throwing it out there
I'd rather have Vinnie off the couch with zero knowledge of the playbook and zero practice than Clemens. So, yea, Sanchez.
The game plan this week should be very similar to what they did vs the Raiders a few weeks ago. Run on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd down until they show you they can stop it. If the Jets stay committed to the run, and play good D, it shouldn't matter who the QB is.
I would rather have Mark Sanchez with no arms and no legs than Kellen Clemens after an entire offseason of preparation.
I would rather not have Sanchez risk serious injury. If that means KC gets the start, then KC gets the start. There is no reason to unreasonably risk Sanchez at this point in the season.
I would take Sanchez before Clemens....in two knee braces, his left arm in a sling, and if they took him in a dark basement right after the Buffalo game left him there without food or water until 6 hours before kickoff Sunday threw him in a plane that had to endure severe turbulance and made him sky dive into Tampa...
Healthy Sanchez or Healthy Clemens?: Sanchez Injured Sanchez or Healthy Clemens?: Sanchez Dead Sanchez or Healthy, Living Clemens?: Sanchez
Sanchez with 2 broken legs is better than Clemens. Plus, if the coaches had any sense this week, they would have practiced the heck out of Ainge. Clemens looked completely unprepaired to play last week and he already knew Sanchez was hurt. He looks frightened to death in the pocket. I think he suffers from a disease known as Seymour Syndrome. This is playoff football; we have to do everything humanly possible to ensure victory each and every week. Egos, personalities, and seniority have no real meaning anymore. Every game for the remainder of this year is a must win game.
It's time to give up hope on Clemens. He couldn't beat out a rookie after he had a 3 year head start. Did you see him play last week? The guy sucks. End of story.
I would rather have Ainge start if Sanchez can't.... What? You say Ainge wasn't a choice? Well... he should have been cause I don't wanna see Clemens.
