Most teams don't want the #1 pick in the NFL Draft, not only just because you have the worst record. Teams don't want to pay so much guaranteed money. Especially last year there was no clear cut #1 player who deserves all that cash.

Suh is the best player entering this draft and is worth every cent. I know a team needing a QB may pass on Suh, like St. Louis. If I was a GM I would have a difficult time passing up Suh. He's a very rare player that is going to dominate in the NFL.

I wonder if there is a slim chance we trade up for Suh

Suh would make our defense a hell of a lot better which would be scary considering how good it is now and let's be honest. Would you rather trade back and stock pile draft picks on defense or go for the kill on Suh?

Our D-line Depth has been huge recently without Jenkins so just throwing this out there

The Tampa Bay Bucs will definitely draft Suh if they have the top pick.

Spags and his Rams should draft Jimmy Clausen if they have the first overall choice, but he's a defensive minded coach. It'll be hard for him to pass up a dominant DT like Suh.

It'd take more then all of our draft to get Suh.

Maybe they could go another year with Bulger and then get Bradford next year.

I think he means the #1 Overall Pick.

Sam Bradford is coming out now. The Rams have officially benched Marc Bulger for Kyle Boller. I think it's pretty safe to say they'll bring in a new quarterback.

Bulger's been banged up all season long, but he's only missed one game due to injury. Boller was named the starter against Chicago and he sucked balls just like Bulger has.

My point of the thread..........Suh is the best player in this draft.....Berry a close second.

St Louis needs to draft a QB, can they afford to wait to Rd 2?? Probably not, but something to consider. Draft Suh and then Tony Pike in Rd 2???? Something to think about!! Passing on Suh would be a tough choice, but I can understand the decision.

Drafting a QB at the top part of the draft is a 50/50 chance of success/failure, just ask Oakland (JR), Cincy(A.Smith), Detroit(Joey H)...it can set you back for years.

Billy Devaney, the GM, will have a tough decision....draft Suh or Jimmy C/Bradford.

I don't know if Tony Pike is worth a second rounder. I also don't know if he's a franchise signal caller like the St. Louis Rams need. For a guy his size, his arm strength just isn't very impressive.

Here's a guy to keep an eye on: Oregon State's QB Sean Canfield.

I'm a Tony Pike fan, his arm strenght is below average and he isn't too mobile. Pike is a winner, he's smart, throws a very accurate ball and knows to move the chains. Pike's completion% is around 62+. Some people feel any QB would succeed in Cincy's system, since Collaros did so well. Collaros brought some excitement into Cincy's offense with his mobility. IMO, Pike is a more polished QB.

I'm betting Pike will be drafted in rd 2, maybe a player like Mallett would be a better option for the Rams at the top of Rd 2.

All this is might be moot, if the Brown's organization sticks with Quinn, and drafts Suh with the first pick. I don't expect Cleveland to win again, St Louis might pick up another "W". Tampa Bay has been playing better and might get a win.

I don't know about that. Josh Freeman threw 5 picks today. This is a team that just can't seem to score.

Suh to the Bucs makes perfect sense. They have an absolutely awful rush defense that became even worse today against Carolina.

I could see the Browns going with Suh and flipping Rogers for picks if they end up with the pick.

I agree, I had Suh in my mock to Tampa Bay, most logical choice. I just want some people to realize that Suh dominates like no other player in this draft, it would be hard (St Louis/Browns) to pass. Suh and Berry are the 2 best players that I've seen in their postions in 10+ years. Hard to spend huge money on a Safety with the 1st pick.

I don't think the Jets game next week is an easy win. It would be just like the Jets to stub their toe. No win in the NFL is easy, especially on the road. Our rookie QB has had his growing pains too!

Just like he ALWAYS has! I thought the rams would pick up a QB last year, and was floored when I heard Pat Kirwin and Tim Ryan gush about how great Bulger was. I don't listen to sirius any more so I wonder what they are saying now!

SUh is just about gauranteed to be the first non QB taken if not the first player overall taken, depending on who gets the first pick. He is a perfect fit for TB and might be a foregone conclusion that he is a Buc if they keep losing.
