Wasn't it Bart Starr, coaching the Packers then? Called him a hoodlum, I think--Blinka got license plates the next year that said HOODLM.
I remember him. My Todd, McNeil, Walker and Gastineau are all long gone, would be hand puppets now.
Yeah, we saw a guy in a black Kasey jersey yesterday and our entire tailgate laughed at him and just shook our heads. Guys should not be wearing kicker jerseys unless they're related to them.
I have a 1998 Starter white authentic Jets Ronnie Lott jersey... Ronnie Lott last played for the jets in 1994. :drunk:
I know there is a difference of opinion on the topic of getting your own name on a personalized Jersey. I for one think it is lame, I hate seeing those Jerseys. Like a #73 with Finkelstein on the back.
Not Jets related but for the Bulls rather then having the stock Jordan Pippen or Rodman jerseys I'd rock the John Paxson when I'd go see them at the Garden or Continental. It was funny, instead of getting yelled at by Knicks fans they would kind of just give me quizzical looks.
Funny, all those Bulls hats and jerseys from the 90s are car rags now. Except my neighbor is from China and still proudly wears his Bulls jacket when doing his yard, makes me laugh.
I had a Matt Robinson #17, Rusty Guilbeau #94, Lou Piccone #89, Jim Hudson #22, Chad Cascadden #53...
I finally replaced my Brian Cox jersey with a Jim Leonhard jersey. Wore the Cox jersey for the better part of 7 years, didn't see anyone else with it until I was down in New Orleans this year and saw someone with it. They said the same thing, and made me take a picture, haha.
Anyone ever seen a Ray Lucas Jersey? I missed getting one on Ebay a few years back and would still like one.
