I am shocked McElroy held onto that

And this game likely killed Ingram's Heisman hopes

Barring a miracle, Auburn loses this one by 7. What a game. What poor clock management. Herm Edwards and Paul Hackett seem to be working for Gene Chizik

They run a great coach in Tuberville out of town after one bad season for a guy who won more games in his 1st year at Auburn then he did his entire career at Iowa State. (The key is won with Tuberville's guys)

Yep. It's likely McCoy's award, but there's at least a chance for Gerhart now. 150+ yards and 3 TDs tomorrow would go a long way to getting him a solid shot at the trophy.

Chizik needs Dick Curl on his staff. Terrible clock management.

He got great numbers for a guy on a crap team, put him on a good team and he would dominate...

He's got great numbers in a crap conference, against crap teams. They pass the ball over 60% of the time, and he's the only offensive threat the team has. The one time he played a top 25 defense (Boise), he had under 30 receiving yards.

Whereas Bama runs the ball 60% of the time. If Julio was on a pass happy team like Bowling Green, his numbers would be more disgusting than Freddie's.. Hes got more talent, and 3 inches on him. We saw what Julio did last year, and what he has done over the last few games. If he isn't the best WR in college, he's damn close.

Btw, Gerhart was getting A LOT of love on the Boise St. broadcast. And Tebow was getting none. Which is the way it should be.

    False.

All you're doing is looking at stats.

Saying he's the best receiver in all of college football is flat out stupid. Guys like Julio Jones, AJ Green, and Damian Williams have a million times more talent than Barnes. Hell basically every receiver in a Big Six conference is more talented than Barnes.
