He's literally a "young Favre"......you're either gonna get excellent performances or the trash you saw last night.....there's no "in between" with this guy.

I was one of the posters pushing hard to get Cutler back in the springtime....but i'm happy to admit I was wrong....and I'm ecstatic that we drafted Sanchez instead.

5 picks in a game twice in 9 games ... Maybe he's still learning the speed of the game

Last night made me feel even better about Sanchez's 5 pick game against the Bills. I felt betetr the first time when Warner did it, then again when Stafford did it, and this week, Cutler's performance (even though he's on my fantasy team) made Mark's dreadful day look even worse. Last night was expecially similar, because it was a game they could have and should have won, especially considering the red zone pics.

I hate Cutler but when you go to having WR's like Royal and Marshall to the shit guys they have in Chi. it no wonder he's struggling.

To top it all off, its seems Cutler thinks a little to highly of his arm strength. Granted he's got a cannon but at times he tries to thread the needle where no QB could get it in.

With the way Cutler's playing I think Bears fans are starting to realize it might not have been all Grossman's and Orton's fault, when you have nobody to throw the ball to it's pretty tough.

Isn't Devin Hester listed as their #1 WR? That's ridiculous, especially if you look at the rest of the crew.

Its not 100% his fault, his OL sucks and Hester the worst # 1 reciever ever. That said, he's very sloppy and certainly no leader. Remember how Sanchez looked on the side line during the Bills game, that's how Cutler looked last night but Sanchez is a rookie. Cutler would have never survived NY.

Sure he would. Cutler would have some targets here. He has NO ONE in Chicago. Terrible comparison....

I've always felt he's vastly overrated. He's still never been in a playoff game and probably won't be this year. I'm happy we didn't draft him in 2006 and even happier we didn't make a dumb deal to get him this off-season. I'm a lot happier with Sanchez, he seems like a lot less of a crybaby.

Makes our trade for Edwards look that much brighter.

Actually young Favre was actually a great QB, he's more like the 00s Favre.

He just makes some of the worst decisions i have seen a qb make. In that game last night he was throwing it right to 49ers players. The first red zone pick was right to the D-linemen and he was trying to fit it between about six defenders. The receivers are not to blame. This is on cutler.

Cutler will find ways to lose while looking good with every team he plays for in his NFL career. When he looks bad they'll get destroyed, but there will be plenty of games where the losses are not "his fault."

It's Jeff George updated for the 2000's.

I was referring to Cutler's age as being "young".....with the current Favre's decision-making skills.

My bad if it was misinterpreted. :)

That's the problem...he has NO ONE to throw to. He still sucks without any weapons.

Greg Olsen is pretty damn good. Cutler doesn't have good WRs, but the picks thrown in the red zone yesterday were just horrible decisions on his part.
