Al Golden (Temple) should be the national coach of the year

South Carolina will be lucky to make it to a bowl game now. Steve Spurrier is a god awful head coach - he's done absolutely nothing with this program.

New facilities, big time recruits, and no production. I'm ready to run this piece of shit out of Columbia.

BTW - Ryan Mathews and Fresno State on ESPNU tonight at 10:30 EST.

Clausen's pass bounces off the back of his receiver at the Navy 5, and is picked off.

That should do it, unless ND can force a turnover.

Clausen got flagged for a late hit, too.

Pryor hits Posey for a 62 yard TD pass for the first play of a drive.

    17-7 Ohio State.

Stanford's offense is going to have to keep scoring. A lack of defensive depth has killed Stanford in 2 of its 3 losses so far this season.

Oregon just got away with a cut block 10 yards downfield. 60 yard gain. TD on the next play. Here we go...

Navy is in beast mode today. Hell of a job by the Midshipmen.

I think it's safe to say that Charlie Weis won't be back with the Irish next season...

they recovered the onside kick after the safety and Clausen hit Tate for a long TD!

    23-21 Navy

    24 seconds left

    what a miraculous sequence.

Tate recovered, Tate with the long TD.

    Another onside kick coming.

    Navy recovers. Game over.

Clausen getting sacked for the safety was what gave ND a chance, because had he simply thrown an incomplete pass, it would've been Navy's ball and they could've run out the clock.

Jimmy Clausen is a hell of a player. This loss isn't on him...it's on Weis.

(I'm not trying to take anything away from the Midshipmen though, they played a hell of a game.)

^ Of course it's not on Clausen. Great QB.

Clark is picked off, Ohio State has it up 24-7. With under 8 minutes left, that should do it.

Toby Gerhart is now over 200 yards and has 3 rushing TDs (and driving again). Fantastic game against Oregon.
