The last time we played the fins they punched us in the mouth and took the game. This time they took the game with two kick returns. Now, I'm not saying they didn't earn those kick returns, they absolutely did.

What I'm saying is that shit like that pretty much never happens. Especially when Westhoff is your special teams coordinator. The result of this game was a statistical anomaly and will pretty much never happen again.

Hat's off the the Dolphins, but I guarantee you that never happens again. It surely won't happen enough times this season for the fins to make the tournament.

Why can't the Dolphins ever legitimately "win" the game? Why is everything stolen? That said, I'd say the Dolphins got lucky and stole this game, but they've had two other games "stolen" from them too. Breaks had to start bouncing the other way. They didn't "steal" it from the Jets on MNF. They came out and played better.

Jets go 6-2 rest of the way, make the playoffs as the second wild card team. Callin' it right here right now.

We also had 'fluke' losses to the Colts and Saints.

All of this is true, but frankly, I don't really care if the Phins can't make it if we can't make it in, and it's going take a hell of a performance to go 7-1/6-2 after the bye.

And an early exit after a 31-13ish loss to division winner.

I blame myself for this loss. We were making a comeback with me NOT watching the game. As soon as I turn it on, we lose. Blame's right here people!

Everyone's favorite munchkin, Danny Woodhead, missed his assignment not staying in his lane both returns. Woodhead also stopped dead in front of Ginn, huge mistake, playing ST you need to keep your feeting moving.

At last some sanity. Ginns done shit all year, and Phins fans must be ecstatic about it, bit like coleman returning 2 passes for INTs.
We got spoilt games 1-3 and the truth hurts. Facts are that Cotch is back after injury and still does not look 100%, we lost Leon and have yet another rook in the lineup. Our depth at WR is pitiful, but we lost to 2 fluky returns, the sooner you get over this the better it will be for you.

We should have won the game.

Miami won the game....fair enough, they had more point, but nobody will tell you it was a bad loss for the Jets. Unfortunately, this game and the Buffalo game could really kill us down the stretch. Playing catch up sucks....especially when it's looking like we'll have some really tough competition for the wildcard. The Cincinatti game could legitimately be for the Wild Card.

You could say that. Or say you had 3 fluke victories, which is the truth.

And so was the 1970 AFL Championship game and so was the mud bowl, and so was the bill simpson game and so was the browns playoff game and so was the fake spike and so was the doug brien game

guess what, if the ball needs to bounce the jets way god will never allow it. We don't have fluke wins...only losses.
