I can see your point...turning over a new leaf is a good thing (we have turned over like 3 in the past 6 years) but the story hasn't been written yet as to whether it was a good move or not right? win 3, then lose 3, then win 1.........I do believe in the original statement. Football people should be making football decisions, not some business guy.
I understand why you'd want a football guy making decisions, but Tannenbaum has been nothing short of genius since he took over for Boobway. Obviously there have been a few hiccups along the way but no GM is perfect. Tannenbaum's hit percentage is well above 70%.
Maybe he means shaped like a football?? Or having a head shaped football?? Both are very important when making football related decisions. :up:

Nick Saban - what more can I say. Anyone else wonder when Bill Parcells is going to take over the Bills? Or do you think he will go to Washington or Philly next? I think he wants to run every team in the AFCe before completing his run with the NFCe. Then again with Washington down in the dumps, this might be his opportunity to run up a tie between the AFCe & NFCe teams he has worked with. Just a random thought.

Who did he trade it to, and how did that team fair over the years with all the extra picks? just curious. i think it was the saints that traded their draft away for ricky, who's still playing, and the saints ain't all that bad. soooo, maybe......
