A little. I don't have a lot of respect for announcers, but that was a fairly significant point that they may have just screwed up.
Really? did they break down Ibanez contract? Cause I didn't hear that.... all i heard is how they got him not how much he's getting paid or any player is getting paid.
Me personally would have put Gardner in if I was removing Swish. and there is the killer lead off walk.
They didn't break it down, maybe because the numbers aren't nearly as impressive to say. What they did was talk about how Amaro was given the go ahead to spend a lot of money, and that he gave Ibanez a big contract. They didn't mention the years or the money, though (3 for 30).
Also, we need to start looking for a 2nd basemand who can play in cold weather because i hosetly believe that when the weather is cold, Cano's cock shrivels into his torso and becomes a full on Vag.
I'd rather have Gardner or Hinske than Hairston, but Girardi put a lot of stock in Hairston's career success vs. Pedro. Hairston will be pinch hit for later.
Cano is the 2nd baseman here for the next 7-8 years. He aint going anywhere. What the team needs is an Outfielder since Damon,Flopsui are gone and Melky/Swish/Gardner are backups.
WTF is Molina in for? If he's not going to get AJ to freaking pitch then we may as well have Jorge in the game.
He can shove that book up his ass. Pitching matchups this or that. Lefty on lefty for another lefty...F it.
Exactly, that was my point. When they talk about the YANKEES player they will break it down, show how big his contract is. Yet, for the PHILLIES player?....nope. Sure they gave that story but what I'm trying to say is that they are feeding that whole "YANKEES buy everyone" monster. That's all.....I mean if that PHILLIES story was supposed to "even things up", it failed miserably.
