An head coach getting an O Line coach. That's a first for me. Complete class act. Now lets go gameplan against the bullshit gimmick wildcat.
From Profootballtalk.com: As expected, that ugly leg injury suffered on Sunday by Jets running back Leon Washington will end his 2009 season. A league source tells us that Washington suffered a fractured fibula in the first half of the Jets' Week Seven game against the Raiders. Washington will have surgery in Oakland because the bone broke through the skin, raising fears of infection. He's expected to be back to full strength in 2010, with a projected recovery time of 12 weeks. Washington is in the final year of his rookie contract, and negotiations have at times been contentious. It remains to be seen whether Washington's injury affects the team's position in future discussions. Absent an extension to the labor agreement, Washington will be a restricted free agent in 2010.
