I'm pretty sure the game, if it is blacked out, will only be blacked out in the Bay area. I believe for a 75 mile radius. For instance, if the Dolphins game was blacked out here in S. Fla., you could drive to W. Palm Beach area to watch the game. The Ticket will show the Jets Sunday.

But for DirectTV customers the game is considered a local feed for the home team and is subject to the blackout rules, at least that's how it was interpreted on the FAN
Yes, the ticket is subject to blackout rules. Blackout rules state that a game that is not sold out cannot be shown in the home team's local market. That means Sunday Ticket cannot show the game in the home team's local market. It will show the game everywhere else in the country.
