I see you are just as jovial as ever. I also guess you also missed my post after attending the game in Houston Just think if the poster who posted that analogy that Red Sox fans had to wait 86 years to see a championship iis anywhere near correct & if you say that we are only 40 years into that cycle & have 46 more years to go as losers just think how old you will be in that time when it comes in 2055. If you will be in your 60s at that time your chances are pretty good you will be around to see it. If at that time you will be in your 70s your chances are less likely that you will be around to see it. If you are 80s at that time well your chances are marginal & in your 90s most marginal with hardly any chance of being around when the miracle comes to pass. That is the reality of our situuation based on that 86 year analogy. It looks like losing year 41 in a row is now on the very near horizon so consider that fact as well.
Jets reps are saying the E/W Club seats could be discounted from $400 per seat to $195 per shortly, taking names for people on fence. HA HA HA HA HA. Jets overpriced those seats like crazy!!
I think that's only for the 5k Club Corners, which would be about right. That puts the 10 year cash outlay for the Club Corners in line with the 10k PSL seats. It might actually be a bit underpriced if you figure the additional perks you get with club seats over the 10k sections.
Did you personally speak to someone who told you this? And I'd be interested to know what the fairest was to go about this would be? I'm sure there are plenty of weathly people who passed at $400 each, but $195 each if a completely different story.
That's BS if so, I'm calling my rep today. The Club seats have a price guarantee too, I might try and jump on this if true. The E/W Club corner is the same PSL price. I think I'd rather keep my seats though, this past game showed me again why I love em.
That is EW Club corner and EW Club goal line, the 5k and 7.5k PSLs with $400 seats, they are thinking of lowering them to $195. Right now if interested Rep will not it in yoru file and if they do it they will contact you. Betcha the lower rows and side closest to 50 yard line go quicker. The Mezz EW Corner near Mezz end zone can be just one seat over from the Mezz end zone. Tickets are $70 bucks higher but includes food and soda. Even at $8 bucks for a cheese steak it is hard to hit $70. Mezz EW Goal line between 20 and 30 is a good value for a $7,500 hundred PSL with a 195 ticket price. My only question is Jets screwed people who already bought in past claiming we got better seats as we picked first so higher cost is justified, wonder what they will do now?
They'll credit whoever did purchase at the higher price, if any of this is true. They aren't going to rob their fans outright, they'll do what the Yankees did and let them put it towards a future bill.
The Yankees never gave anyone money back...they just gave you more seats for the value of how much the price drop was. So if you bought 2 season tickets, and they slashed the price in half, they gave you 2 more sets of tickets. So if the Jets did this, all they would do is give you more seats. Have fun with that, when you're now trying to unload 4 tix, instead of 2, and you can't even get 25% of face value.
I know they never gave money back, I never said that. They did give you credit towards next years tickets, which is what the Jets will do, just like Playoff tickets.
Since the game tickets won't be paid for until next year, sometime in the spring of 2010, there won't be any need for a credit or refund if in fact they change the game price for Club seats in order to sell PSLs.

I spoke with my rep, "The Jets are reviewing pricing on certain Club seats based on the demands of our season ticket holders". If STHs make a big enough deal and complain vociferously (good one) I think they will make the change. This also might lead to further prices decreases in other locations. PUT THE PRESSURE ON the sales reps.
Christie is smoking hot, just checked out her linkin picture. Hey guys, at least I gave you one good scoop this week!!!!!!!! Peace Out.
